If your order arrives damaged, we will happily send you a replacement free of charge. To process this, please take pictures of the damage and email us as the first step before we send out a replacement.

If you receive the wrong order, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will send you a replacement free of charge.

We email all of our customers a final version of the design to approve before printing. We kindly ask you to double-check the draft artwork, as we cannot make any changes once the design has been sent out for printing.

Please ensure you order the correct size, as we cannot offer exchanges if you are unhappy with the dimensions.

We're happy to offer a full refund if you're not completely satisfied with your customized purchase within 14days of receiving it.
