Exchanges & Returns
- If your order arrives damaged, we will happily send you a replacement free of charge. To process this, please take pictures of the damage and email us as the first step before we send out a replacement.
- If you receive the wrong order, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will send you a replacement free of charge.
- We email all of our customers a final version of the design to approve before printing. We kindly ask you to double-check the draft artwork, as we cannot make any changes once the design has been sent out for printing.
- Please ensure you order the correct size, as we cannot offer exchanges if you are unhappy with the dimensions.
- As a small business creating customized products, we are unable to offer exchanges and refunds.
