Exchanges & Returns

    1. If your order arrives damaged, we will happily send you a replacement free of charge. To process this, please take pictures of the damage and email us as the first step before we send out a replacement.

    2. If you receive the wrong order, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will send you a replacement free of charge.

    3. We email all of our customers a final version of the design to approve before printing. We kindly ask you to double-check the draft artwork, as we cannot make any changes once the design has been sent out for printing.

    4. Please ensure you order the correct size, as we cannot offer exchanges if you are unhappy with the dimensions.

    5. At our small business, we truly value our customers. That’s why we offer a full refund within 30 days of delivery if you're not completely satisfied with your custom purchase.

      Please note: for purchases made through Klarna, returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery, and items must be unopened and undamaged. This will be a full refund, and would not be compensated via store credit and there will be no restocking fees.
