Yes, we email a final version of the portrait for your approval before printing.

Our artists typically take 3-4 business days to create a design for review. This may extend to 5 days or more during busy periods.

Yes, all orders are shipped with full tracking.

Once you’ve approved the final design, shipping times are estimated to be between 2 and 7 working days.

Please contact us for any rush order requests, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Our cut-off point for Christmas orders is the 4th of December.

At our small business, we truly value our customers. That’s why we offer a full refund within 60 days of delivery if you're not completely satisfied with your custom purchase. Within 14 days refunds will be reimbursed to the customer, and delivery fees of returned merchandise is free of charge. 

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us with pictures of the damage, and we will send you a replacement free of charge.

We allow changes before the order is sent for printing. Please double-check the draft artwork that is emailed during the review process.
